Commissioner of Finance for Ahhwei

MOVEMENTS.

Provincial Government in 1927. Was

appointed Special Delegate for the

rendition of Tsingtao in 1927. Last

post in the National Government was as

Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee

of the Hopei-Charhar Political Council.

Shanghai on a mission of dragging

members of the New K.M.T. to support

WANG.

with DOIHARA on the question of inviting

WANG to go to Peiping.
